It's been a while since Appvizer joined the Softonic family, and integrating and welcoming the team has been our priority since the very beginning. Recently, we took a significant step forward by holding the workshop Together We Are Stronger, in Montpellier.

Our People and Culture teams prepared a session focused on shared values and how to best work together as OneTeam. The workshop reinforced that we can accelerate our goals by combining our strengths.

One of the key takeaways was the strong resonance in our approaches, particularly in Appvizer's dynamic "startup DNA". Their focus on agility, innovation, and the belief that everyone plays a role in driving change are qualities that perfectly complement our existing culture at Softonic.
